“I’m a down to earth Canadian prairie girl—warm-hearted and sweet,” says Jessica King. “But I also have a very spicy side when the time is right.” Sweet and spicy are qualities every Canadian girl possesses and Vancouver’s Jessica is no exception. The once-brunette, now blonde does not shy away from hard work. Jessica is a certified Crossfit weightlifting trainer and an Olympic lifting coach. Her days consist of kettlebell swings, burpee sprints, leg jump lunges, air squats and even handstands. If that weren’t intense enough, Miss King has also taken part in a burpee challenge where she had to complete 100 per day for an entire month. Our Cybergirl of the Week for July 26, 2010 is a tough fitness competitor but she insists she’s not an intimidating person. “Knowing that I’m very approachable, that makes me feel sexy,” says voluptuous Jessica. “Any girl can be sexy—but I like hearing people say ‘Oh, you’re really nice, too’”.
